Tom McCabe
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
A pioneer in faith-based fundraising, Tom provides a unique blend of wise leadership, generous humor, and a burning desire to succeed on behalf of the clients and causes he loves. As KMA’s founder, he has counseled many nonprofits across America and consulted for organizations such as Moody Bible Institute, World Vision, The Salvation Army, Insight for Living, and Coral Ridge Ministries, among others. A member of the Council for National Policy, Tom also serves on the boards of the National Religious Broadcasters and the Christian Leadership Alliance. He is an elder in the Presbyterian Church in America.
Todd Dexter
President
Drawing on 25 years of comprehensive experience in direct response marketing, Todd brings an abundance of vision and innovation to KMA’s client services. He oversees the strategic development of some 20 organizations, including such respected organizations as The Heritage Foundation and The Family Research Council. Todd also brings his finely tuned leadership to bear in working with a number of major media ministries, among which are Moody Broadcasting Network and Northwestern Radio. He is a member of the Council for National Policy and the Direct Marketing Association.
Bill Rawlinson
Vice President of National Sales & VDP Marketing
With more than 35 years of experience in the printing and direct mail industry, Bill is well-equipped to meet the needs of clients using new and innovative concepts. At KMA, he leads the team that manages all print buying as well as Quality Direct Mail Services mail shop operations. Bill has served on the board of The Art of Family Living and is an active member of Stonebriar Community Church.
Brian Fisher
Chief Operating Officer
An experienced businessman with a strong media and finance background, Brian has developed and managed both commercial and nonprofit entities. He helps KMA clients increase their effectiveness and outreach by maximizing both traditional and new media. Brian previously served as president and chief executive officer of Coral Ridge Ministries. He is a Certified Financial Planner® and the author of two books, including Media Revolution: A Battle Plan to Defeat Mass Deception in America.
Michael Brown
Vice President, Client Services
With extensive marketing experience that includes both agency and client-side, Michael has a unique combination of skills in research, advertising strategy, integrated communications, and online business development initiatives. He leads the account teams for Wycliffe Bible Translators, Northwestern Media, Mercy Ships, and Grace Presbyterian Ministries. He is a Certified Professional Direct Marketer and a member of the American Marketing Association.
Karen Burman
Vice President, Client Operations
Karen oversees KMA’s day-to-day project management and production, ensuring that every direct response fundraising campaign is successful—on time, on budget, and on strategy. She has fully managed all aspects of the acquisition and direct mail programs for the Alliance Defense Fund, Concerned Women for America, Family Research Council, and Northwestern College & Radio, among others. She has also managed radio special projects for various clients. In addition, Karen is responsible for training and mentoring KMA’s account and project managers.
Troy DukeVice President, Human Resources
Troy oversees the Human Resources department at KMA and manages recruitment, benefits, training, and all strategic metrics for employee management. Troy has a degree in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and has spent 14 years working in the HR and Recruitment field, including 7 years for one of the largest media ministries in the country. While there, he implemented a volunteer ministry which resulted in an expansion and growth in ministry service opportunities and developed a recruitment campaign to increase participation throughout the entire ministry.

Timothy M. Kachuriak
Vice President, Digital Marketing
An experienced Internet marketing strategist, Tim excels at assisting organizations in marketing their offerings and services online. His expertise in innovative technologies, especially search engine marketing, online media syndication, email marketing, and usability optimization, brings a key dimension to a multi-channel approach of reaching donors. Tim accepted the National Religious Broadcasters Association 2007 “Best Ministry Web Site” Award on behalf of Coral Ridge Ministries for his leadership on the redesigned CoralRidge.org web site.
Chris Corbett
Associate Creative Director/Copywriter
For more than two decades, Chris has been a passionate and successful advocate for nonprofit organizations. He helps them fulfill their missions—using strategies and words that make the most compelling case to donors and prospects. During his seven years with KMA, Chris has strategized, conceptualized, written, and edited work that has raised clients’ results in a wide range of media, including fundraising letters, newsletters, brochures, ads, radio and video scripts, web copy, and e-mails for a diverse array of ministries as well as public policy organizations.
