Our Chief Executive Officer, Tom McCabe, co-founded the company in 1984 with a clear vision. Prior to KMA, Tom had founded a marketing and fundraising company—International Marketing Group—and had been the direct marketing vice president for the largest direct-to-consumer insurance company in America. Tom wanted to bring his expertise to organizations doing important, life-changing work.
Today, nearly 25 years later, KMA is still fulfilling this vision. Tom has assembled a staff of professionals who share and expand on both his business knowledge and his strong faith, as well as his passion for excellence.
